Common questions
How do I create a new retail map?+
From the Dashboard, click "New Map", search for your subject property address, optionally name it and choose a marker, then click "Continue" to open the editor.
How do I add business artwork to my map?+
Use Search to search by name, address, or category, or use Logos to search for artwork candidates. Review the suggested artwork, upload your own image, or choose a text label before placement.
What file formats can I export?+
Pro subscribers can export 2D PNG or JPG images up to 8000px, 3D images up to 4096px, or branded PDFs using five layouts.
What map styles are available?+
Nine styles: Default, Subtle, Light, Dark, Retro, Silver, Night, Satellite, and Terrain. Switch anytime - your overlays stay in place.
Can I edit a map after saving it?+
Yes. The editor schedules autosaves after changes settle and also provides a manual Save button. Reopen saved maps anytime from the Dashboard.
What are leader lines and can I move the anchor dot?+
Leader lines connect a logo to its real map location and appear automatically when you add businesses. Yes - the anchor dot at the map end is draggable; grab it and move it to point exactly where you want.
What is the My POIs feature?+
My POIs (a Pro feature) saves locations with their name, address, coordinates, and logo so you can reuse them across maps with one click.
