Find and reopen a saved map

   Open Dashboard

   Use Dashboard in the main navigation. Each card represents a saved map and provides a preview and project information. Open the actual map when you need to verify the latest saved details.

   Search the map list

   Type into Search maps to filter by map title, subject-property name, or address. Try part of the street name if you cannot remember the title. Clear the search field to see the full list again.

   Choose a sort order

   Use Last modified, Date created, or Name. Last modified is useful when returning to recent work; Name is useful when you maintain a consistent naming scheme. A search and sort can be used together.

   Open the map card

   Click the intended card. Confirm the subject address and composition in the editor. The editor loads the last successfully saved project, so check for an old version before continuing.

How-to 2

Rename a map and keep projects recognizable

1. 1

   Edit the map title

   Open the map and edit the title field above Save in the desktop sidebar. Use a name that distinguishes this project from other maps of the same property.

   Separate project and presentation titles

   A working title such as Market Square September availability can help in Dashboard. The visible property label can remain Market Square, and the PDF export can use its own Title field. These titles serve different purposes.

   Save the renamed project

   Click Save and wait for confirmation. Return to Dashboard and search for the new title. If the old title remains, reopen the project and check whether the save succeeded.

Use manual save and autosave correctly

1. 1

   Save after important milestones

   Use Save after verifying the subject, completing a tenant set, making important anchor corrections, or settling the final composition. Wait until the saving state finishes.

   Check the saved status

   Look for Saved above the sidebar tools and inspect any error message. Autosave runs after edits settle, but network and browser interruptions can prevent a pending save from completing.

   Keep the editor open on an error

   If saving fails, check connectivity and retry. Do not refresh as the first response when the unsaved version exists only in the current editor. A reload can discard changes that never reached a successful save.

   Verify important changes by reopening

   After a successful save, reopen the project to confirm important geometry, camera, or overlay changes. This is particularly useful before sharing a final export or leaving the project for an extended period.

Undo and redo editing changes

   Use the floating toolbar

   Undo and Redo are in the floating map toolbar. Use them for available recent overlay-edit history. Disabled controls indicate that no corresponding history action is available.

   Use keyboard shortcuts

   Outside a text field, use Ctrl+Z on Windows or Cmd+Z on Mac to undo. Use Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+Z or Ctrl/Cmd+Y to redo. When you are typing in a field, the field's own text editing behavior takes precedence.

   Inspect before saving

   After undo or redo, check the affected overlays and save the state you actually want. Do not treat this history as a version archive or a recovery mechanism for a deleted saved map.

Delete an unwanted saved map

1. 1

   Find the exact card

   In Dashboard, verify the title and address of the map you want to remove. If you need a final deliverable from it, open it and finish the export before deletion.

   Open the card menu

   Use the map card's menu and select Delete. Read the confirmation dialog and map title. Use Cancel if the wrong map was selected.

   Confirm deletion

   Confirm only when you intend to remove that saved project. Map deletion is not an ordinary overlay edit and cannot be recovered with the editor's Undo control.

   Check the list

   Confirm the intended map disappeared and the other projects remain. If deletion fails, read the error and retry only after checking the current list state.

How-to 6

Use a practical project routine

Name a map when you create it, save after each meaningful editing pass, and reopen it before preparing a final export. Keep the title specific enough to find later. Save a reusable business to POIs when you need the location in other maps; duplicating an overlay inside one map is a different operation.

For a weekly availability update, open the existing property map, revise its custom label and relevant tenant information, save, then inspect the new export. If you need a separately saved project, use New Map and build that project deliberately rather than assuming an overlay Duplicate button duplicates the whole map.
