CRE Retail Maps started as a side project after seeing retail maps assembled across screenshots, artwork searches, and slide software. We set out to put those visual-map tasks into a focused, browser-based workflow.

Why we built it

If you have ever worked on a retail offering memorandum, you know the drill. Screenshot Google Maps. Search the web for each brand logo. Paste and resize each one in PowerPoint. Draw leader lines by hand. Realize the client wants different co-tenants highlighted. Redo everything.

That workflow requires moving between screenshots, artwork search, layout tools, and export steps. CRE Retail Maps brings those visual-map tasks into one focused editor.

So we built CRE Retail Maps. Search an address, review brand artwork candidates, find nearby businesses by category, style the map, and use Pro to download a branded PDF or high-resolution image.

We publish simple monthly and annual pricing so teams can evaluate the tool without relying on an unpublished quote. CRE Retail Maps is designed for both independent brokers and larger teams.

Honest about what we do

We are a visual mapping tool. We are not Placer.ai, CoStar, or an alternative to LoopNet. Pair us with those tools for a complete CRE workflow. If you also need a full offering memorandum, brochure, or single-property website, our sister product CREBuilder handles that layer - we link to it rather than pretend we do everything.
