Set up profile, branding, and billing

Prepare your profile for branded exports and find subscription management.

Before you start

Sign in to the account whose profile or subscription you want to manage.

Step 1 of 4

Open your profile

Open the user menu and choose Profile Settings.

In your map

Open your profile

Open the user menu and choose Profile Settings.

How-to 1

Set up the information used by your maps

Profile Settings contains branding, professional details, office information, and account security controls. Open it directly from the user menu. The main profile action is Save Profile; it is separate from saving a map or changing a password.

A company logo can be offered as a subject-property image, and PDF templates can use supported profile fields. Each template has its own layout, so a completed profile does not mean every field will appear in every PDF.

How-to 2

Upload, crop, change, or remove profile images

  1. 1

Choose Profile Photo or Company Logo

Click the relevant image area or its Change control and select your file. Keep these roles distinct: your photo identifies the person, while the company logo supplies branding for supported product features.

  2. 2

    Review the crop

Use the crop dialog when it appears, or use Crop beneath an existing image to adjust it. Make sure a logo's wordmark is not cut off. The circular profile-photo treatment may need different framing from a company logo.

  3. 3

    Check contrast

Inspect white or transparent artwork against the preview backing. A light logo can be hard to recognize on a light export, even if its file is technically valid. Use a version that works for your chosen template.

  4. 4

    Remove an unwanted image

Use the image's Delete control when needed. Check the resulting preview and use Save Profile for the overall profile form. Revisit the PDF preview after a branding change.

How-to 3

Complete professional and office details

  1. 1

    Enter your professional details

Fill the name and professional fields relevant to your work, including title, company, contact information, and license details where applicable. Use the information you want readers to see on supported exports.

  2. 2

    Complete office information

Enter the office phone and address fields, including street, suite, city, state, and ZIP when relevant. Check punctuation and phone formatting rather than relying on a placeholder as an example of your own details.

  3. 3

    Save the profile

Click Save Profile and wait for success. If a field fails validation or saving returns an error, resolve it before assuming the details are available for exports.

  4. 4

    Test the chosen template

Open a map, click Download, and select a Template. Check which professional and office details actually appear. Use another layout or revise the profile when the intended information is missing.

How-to 4

Change your email or password

  1. 1

    Find the account security controls

Open Profile Settings and locate Change Email and Change Password. These controls perform account changes independently from the professional-profile form.

  2. 2

    Request an email change

Enter the new email address and confirm your password in Change Email, then click Update. The app reports that a verification email was sent. Complete the confirmation flow rather than assuming typing a new address immediately changed the account.

  3. 3

    Change your password

Enter Current password, New password, and Confirm new. Click Update and wait for the success message. Resolve a mismatch or validation message before trying to sign in with the new password.

  4. 4

    Use the account you intended

If an account-security control is not offered for your sign-in method, use the appropriate sign-in provider or recovery flow. Do not confuse a contact field used on a flyer with the email used to sign into the account.

How-to 5

Review a plan and open billing management

  1. 1

    Open Subscription

Choose Subscription from the user menu. Accounts with Pro access go directly to the billing portal. Otherwise, the app shows subscription or plan information. Manage Subscription on the Subscription page also opens the portal.

  2. 2

    Review current options

Use the displayed monthly and annual plan options and checkout details for current pricing. Free supports building and previewing up to three maps. Pro includes unlimited maps, downloads, PDF layouts, and custom POIs.

  3. 3

    Manage billing details

In the billing portal, use the available controls for payment details, invoices, and subscription changes. Review the resulting plan and billing state before closing the portal.

  4. 4

    Check access after returning

Return to the app and verify the account and subscription state. If access does not match the completed billing action, refresh the signed-in session and contact support with the relevant account and error information.

How-to 6

Cancel a subscription and verify its end date

  1. 1

    Open the available cancellation flow

Use billing management or Cancel subscription on the Subscription page when it is offered. Read the current plan status before continuing.

  2. 2

    Complete the cancellation form

In the app cancellation dialog, select a reason and optionally add a comment. Choose Keep subscription to leave it active, or Cancel subscription to submit the cancellation. Wait for the operation to finish.

  3. 3

    Review the resulting status

Check whether cancellation is scheduled and read the displayed end date. Scheduled cancellation keeps the plan active until the stated end of the billing period. Use the shown status rather than assuming access ended immediately.

  4. 4

Keep map and billing actions separate

Canceling a plan is not the same action as deleting a map or a POI. Review the account's available features after the billing period changes and download needed deliverables while download access is active.
