Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. You can sign up without a credit card and build and preview up to three maps on the Free plan. Downloads require Pro, which unlocks PDF and high-resolution PNG/JPG export.
How does the pricing work?+
Pro is available monthly at $39/month or annually at $379/year (about $32/month, billed annually). Both billing options include unlimited maps, searchable brand artwork candidates, a POI database, 9 map styles, five PDF layouts, high-resolution exports, and cancellation anytime.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We do not currently support ACH, invoicing, or PayPal.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes, at any time from the Settings page. Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period; we do not prorate partial months. After Pro access ends, you can still sign in and view your saved maps, but creating new downloads requires an active Pro plan. Files you already downloaded remain on your device.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?+
Yes. Upgrade from monthly to annual anytime for the 19% discount. If you downgrade from annual to monthly, the change takes effect at the end of your current annual period so you do not lose paid time.
Do you offer team or brokerage pricing?+
Not formal team pricing yet. If you need 5+ seats at one brokerage, email support@creretailmaps.com and we will work out per-seat discounts and centralized billing.
What happens if I hit a limit?+
Pro includes unlimited maps and downloads. The Free plan lets you build and preview up to three maps; downloads require Pro.
Is my map data secure?+
Map data is stored in Supabase, and map access through the app requires an authenticated account. See the Privacy Policy for details about service providers, operational access, retention, and data requests.
How is this different from LoopNet, Crexi, or CoStar?+
Those are listing platforms or data providers. CRE Retail Maps is a visual mapping tool for building retail maps for OMs, flyers, and presentations. It complements those tools rather than replacing them. If you need a full offering memorandum, single-property website, or brochure builder, our sister product CREBuilder at crebuilder.com handles that layer.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?+
We do not offer refunds on partial billing periods, but you can cancel at any time before your renewal to avoid future charges. If something goes wrong, email support@creretailmaps.com - we try to make it right.
