Text labels are versatile overlays for street names, tenant information, callouts, pricing, square-footage notes, and any annotation you need. The editor supports 12 fonts, 16 sizes, bold/italic/underline, 6 style presets, and full container styling.
Add a text label
- Click "Text Label" in the sidebar to open the Add Text modal.
- Type your text in the rich text editor (multi-line supported - press Enter for new lines).
- Choose a font from 12 options (Arial, Helvetica, Georgia, Impact, and more).
- Set the size from 16 presets (8px up to 72px).
- Apply Bold, Italic, Underline with the buttons or Ctrl+B/I/U.
- Set text color from preset swatches or a custom hex/RGB value.
- Use a style preset — Modern, Pro, Classic, Callout, Subtle, or Plain for one-click formatting.
- Customize container styling — background, border, radius, padding, and opacity (same as logos).
- Click "Add" to place the text, then drag to position and resize with the corner handle (30px-400px).
Example: a leasing callout
On a leasing flyer, add a "Callout" preset label reading "AVAILABLE - 4,200 SF - Divisible" in bold teal, placed over the vacant suite. Add a smaller "Plain" label for the cross streets and a "Subtle" gray note reading "Signalized hard corner". Run Batch Text afterward so every label shares one font and size.
