Co-tenant story, branded for the landlord

Built for the landlord rep workflow

One map per available unit

For every space you're listing, build a branded retail map showing the property, the existing tenant lineup, and surrounding co-tenants. Drop into your lease brochure in seconds.

Anchor + co-tenant emphasis

Use larger logo sizes for anchor tenants and smaller sizes for in-line tenants. Drag-to-group containers let you label the anchor cluster vs the pad sites vs the inline.

Update as the mix changes

When a tenant signs, swap the new logo in. When a tenant vacates, swap it out. Republish the lease brochure in 5 minutes - not the all-day Photoshop slog.

How landlord rep brokers use CRE Retail Maps

The lease brochure is the primary marketing piece for every available unit in your landlord client's portfolio. The retail map on page 2 of that brochure is what prospective tenants look at first. If the map is a generic Google Maps screenshot, the prospect's first impression of your space is amateur. If the map is a branded, polished document with anchor tenant logos and co-tenant clusters, you've already raised the perceived quality of the space.

Landlord rep brokers using CRE Retail Maps build one branded map per available unit in their portfolio, then keep them updated as the tenant mix shifts. The same map flows into the LoopNet listing, the lease brochure, the OM (if the landlord ever sells), and the broker's email follow-ups.

For larger portfolios - say a landlord with 30 retail centers - the time savings compound. What used to be a half-day Photoshop project per brochure becomes a 10-minute job. The portfolio's marketing materials stay current and consistent, which makes you look better to your landlord client.

FAQ

Landlord rep workflow FAQs

Can I build maps for all the spaces in my landlord's portfolio?+

Yes. Each map is saved separately under your account. There's no per-map fee - you can build and store as many as you need at the $39/mo rate.

Can I share map editing access with my marketing coordinator?+

Currently each account is single-user. We're working on team collaboration for a future release. In the meantime, many brokers share login credentials with their marketing coordinator (use a strong password).

What about co-tenancy clauses and anchor tenant requirements?+

We don't model co-tenancy clauses programmatically - those are deal terms, not map data. But the visual map makes it easy to communicate the anchor lineup that triggers (or releases) co-tenancy obligations.

Can I match my landlord's brand colors?+

Yes. The 12 preset color swatches plus a custom hex picker let you match any landlord's brand identity. Save the styled map as a template for future use across the portfolio.

Does it integrate with my landlord's property management software?+

Not directly. CRE Retail Maps is a visual marketing tool, not a property management system. You bring tenant data from your PMS and we produce the visual map.
